Rajapur Ganga is an enchanting tourist destination, located about three kilometers from
Rajapur, in
Ratnagiri District. The specialty is that the
Ganges appears here on a mountain. There are 14 pools, prominent being the Kashikundh, Herakundh, Varunkundh, Narmakundh and Vedikakundh. The Ganges appears in the Kashikundh with great force. Devotees believe that a dip here will relieve one from all sins.
