Radha Madana-Mohana Temple

Radha Madana-Mohana Temple, 60 ft high, is the first temple to be built in Vrindavan of Uttar Pradesh. It was built by Sanatana Goswami in 1580.

The presiding deity is Lord Krishna in the form of Madana Mohana. During the 17th century, when Aurangazeb attacked Vrindavan, the original deity was shifted to Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The highlight is Samadhi of Sanatana Goswami. Behind the Samadhi is Grantha Samadhi, which contains original manuscripts of Goswami. A water-well used by Goswami can also be seen here.
