Rabkavi-Banhatti are twin towns merged into one Municipality, located about 19 km to the west of Jamkhandi in Bagalkot District. Rabkavi-Banhatti are very famous for their power loom and handloom sarees, which have a very good market. Rabkavi is often referred as chota Mumbai.
