Pushpa Sarovar Lake




Pushpa Sarovar Lake is situated in Kawardha District of Chattisgarh. It is one of the famous tourist spots in the state with its serene and peaceful atmosphere, which attracts visitors in large numbers. One can spot here beautiful paradise fly-catcher birds among the trees and bushes on the banks of the lake. The famous Bhoremdeo Temples built by the King Ramchandra of the Nag dynasty, belonging to the 11th century, are located on the banks of this lake.

Kawardha is well connected to Raipur (140 km) and Bilaspur (124 km) by road and rail. The nearest major railheads are at Raipur and 125434Bilaspur.
