Purwar Museum is a small museum situated in
Aurangabad,
Maharashtra. The museum features the fascinating personal collections of Mr Purwar, a retired doctor. Among the exhibit include a 500-year-old chain mail suit, a copy of the Quran handwritten by
Aurangzeb and an 800-year-old
Paithani Saree.
An antique shop is situated close to the museum.
