Pun Festival is an annual festival celebrated throughout
Jammu and Kashmir, in honor of
Goddess Lakshmi.
The day is celebrated by preparing bread in each house on the bright fortnight of Bhadon. After performing the necessary religious rituals, they distribute the bread among the neighbours and relatives.
