Prawns with Onions




A simple prawn recipe, Prawns with Onions is ideal with the Indian Basmati rice or Pilau rice. The prawns are marinated with turmeric and salt and fried to light brown along with chopped onions, green chilly and onion seeds. This dish requires slow cooking to get the right taste. Prawn with onions has a distinct Bengali flavor given by the onion seeds.
