Ponga




Ponga Village is situated 14 km from Chakradharpur in West Singhbhum District of Jharkhand.

An ancient temple of Pauri Devi situated here attracts a large number of devotees from far and near. The village is also famous for Mangarh, which is traditionally accredited to Raja Man Singh.

Chakradharpur Railway Station, situated on the Howrah-Mumbai main route, is the nearest railhead.
