Pirna

Located in the northern side of Bardez taluk, Pirna is a town in North Goa District. It is a small town lying near the taluk’s border with Bicholim taluk. Dodamarg is 8 km east and Kansarpal is 5 km south-east. Mapusa is 14 km away.

Shree Kalikadevi Temple, dedicated to Goddess Kalikadevi (an incarnation of Goddess Parvati), is within a short drive. Shri Devi Sharvani Temple is another neaby shrine.

Goa Airport and Tivim Railway Station serve the area. The place is linked with nearby places by road.
