Piprod

Piprod is a small town, situated midway between Katni and Sleemanabad, lying along the National Highway 7, in Katni District, Madhya Pradesh. It is 25 km south-west of Katni and around 35 km north-east of Bahoriband.

Historical monuments around Bahoriband, Vijayraghavgarh Fort, and historical places such as Bilhary and Tigavan are the places to visit.

Nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Katni Junction Railway Station serves Piprod.
