Piler Railway Station, also spelt Pileru Railway Station, is on the Madanapalle- Pakala railway line. Pakala-Bellary Passenger and other passenger trains connecting Guntakal with Pakala and Tirupati pass through this station.
The station is managed by the South Central Railways. Pulicherla Railway Station is 16 km to the south-east of Pileru. Going west, Kallkiri Railway Station is 14 km away.
