Phyakkapu

Phyakkapu is located in East Sikkim District of Sikkim. It is around 18 km south-east of Gangtok.

National Research Centre for Orchids, at Pakyong, and Saramsa Garden are the worth visiting sites in the neighborhood. Apart from these sites, the fair held at Saramsa during Makar Sankranti attracts thousands of people from far and near.

Helicopter service is available between Gangtok and Bagdogra. Civil Enclave Bagdogra and Darjeeling Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station respectively.
