Peyanj Lau o dhoney pata diye Cholar Dal is a Bengal gram and marrow recipe of West Bengal. Cooked marrow and grams are mixed with salt, sugar, curry powders, ginger paste, cumin paste, green chilies and fried onions. Bay leaves are used to flavor the soup. Garnish with coriander leaves.
