Perunkaliyattom or Mega Theyyam festival is the carnival of Karivellur Muchilottu Bagavathi Temple in
Karivellur,
Kannur District. The presiding deity of the temple is Goddess Bhagavati.
During the festival, many cultural programs, exhibitions, feast and rituals are conducted. The highlight of this temple is the Theyyams. The main theyyams are Muchilottu Bagavathi, Kannangattu Bagavathi, Puliyoorkali, Pullikkarinkali, Pulikkandan, Vettakkorumakan, Kolaswaoroopathinkal Thayi, Madayil chammundi, Vishnumoorthi.
