Parvati Temple

Parvati Temple is located on the top of Parvati Hill in Pune District of Maharashtra. The temple is about 3 km from Deccan Gymkhana.

Built during the 17th century, the temple enshrines the idols of Parvati, Vishnu, Ganesh, Kartikeya and Devadeshwar. Earlier, it was the private shrine of the Peshwa rulers. The pilgrims can reach the temple after a series of steps which are a fine example of stone work of Marathas.
