Param Dham

Param Dham is a shrine dedicated to Lord Krishna, on top of a hillock, at Bhavnirjar in Ahmedabad.

Lord Krishna is enshrined here as Shri Venu Gopal. On either sides of the main deity are the idols of Ganesh in narthana pose, and Hanuman as Veera Maruti as depicted at Siddhabari, Dharamsala.

The temple is noted for its unique architectural style, which appears in three levels. A large open ground in the compound is used as a Yagna Shala. Vedic chanting classes are conducted in the morning.

Accommodation is provided for visiting swamis and sadhakas.

The nearby spiritual centers are Sivananda Ashram, Sad Vichar Parivar and Shri Narayana-Gurukul.
