Panior River




Panior River originates from a high mountain named Khoren Putu, which is located to the north-west of Sagalee, the sub-divisional headquarter of Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh. The Pareing is its main tributary, that is formed by the Nirpung and Nirke streams.

The Panior is known as Ranga-Nadi in Assam and finally it falls into the Brahmaputra. Ranga-Nadi Hydro Electric project is on this river.
