Pangam is a populated area in
West Kameng District. One would come across it on the trekking trail from
Thembang to Lagam.
Though on the hills, the village has been carefully built to occupy a much flatter part of the hill side. Ghunthung is a small hamlet downhill and Semnak is an hour or so uphill.
Tezpur Airport is the nearest airport. Tezpur Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
