Panchmel Dal

Panchmel Dal is a combination of 5 dals (legumes). In this recipe, legumes are boiled and mixed with salt, turmeric and green chilli. Then, it is added with ghee, jeera (cumin seeds), asafetida, and whole red chilli. It is usually accompanied with churma.
