Padyaran Sar Lakes




Padyaran Sar are twin lakes, namely the Padyaran Sar I and the Padyaran Sar II, located just below the Diya Sar Gali, in Rajouri District of Jammu and Kashmir. These two lakes are situated at an elevation of about 3400 m.

Padyaran I is slightly bigger than Padyaran II. These remain under snow nearly all the months in a year. To access the Padyaran Sar Lakes, one has to ascend the steep 1 km cliff of Diya Sar Gali at an elevation of 3800 m.
