Padmadhvaja Rath



Padmadhvaja Rath is one of the chariots used in the Rath Yatra conducted in Jagannath Temple at Puri. It is the chariot of lady Subhadra. The chariot is 43 ft height and consists of 12 wheels. The roof is in red and black color. Four intricately carved wooden horses precede the chariot.

The deity of Sudarshana is seated by the side of Subhadra in this chariot.
