Established in 1982, Orissa Kennel Club is located at
Bhubaneswar,
Orissa. It is affiliated to the
Kennel Club of India, the sole body for all canine affairs in India.
The club conducts regular training classes and organizes seminars and video shows. It also helps in processing applications for dog registrations, litter registrations, dog transfers and other certificates of canine interests.
The club conducts dog shows annually. It also publishes a newsletter called 'Canne News' for the benefit of its members and public.
