Olakkay Aruvi Waterfalls is an important picnic centre situated 14 km from Nagercoil and 33 km from Kanyakumari. Many holiday seekers are attracted to this place because of the natural scenery. The temple of sage Agasthiar near the waterfalls draws a large number of devotees on the full moon day in the months of April and May. Trekking can be done in this place.
