Olah Pakoda



Olah Pakoda are titbits made from a thick batter of yellow peas flour mixed with chilly powder and a sprinkling of freshly ground spices. This thick batter, extruded from a sieve in a wavy form onto a hot frying oil, is to be fried until crisp. This crispy golden brown snack is served with hot tea or coffee.
