Nrusimhanath, a place of pilgrimage, is located in Padampur subdivision on the northern flank of Gandhamardan Hills of western Orissa. The place is about 110 km west of Baragarh and 64 km from Sambalpur via Baragarh.

Nrusimhanath is famous for the Vidala Nrusimhanath Temple and waterfalls. It is about 32 km south-west of Padampur and 3 km from Paikmal.

Khariar Road Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
