Shri Venkatachalapathy Temple is situated at North Parur near
Aluva town, 40 km north of
Ernakulam. This temple enshrines Lord Venkatachalapathy as the main deity.
The deity is flanked on both sides by the images of Mahalakshmi and Bhoomidevi. A Ganapati idol is seen inside the temple.
The six day annual festival is celebrated with pomp and splendor. Frequent buses are available from Ernakulam to North Parur.
