Nohar

Nohar, also spelt Nohor, is a taluk headquarters in Hanumangarh District of Rajasthan. This town is directly connected by road with Sirsa in Haryana. Ararki is the nearest town, 10 km to the south.

Some of the other nearby towns are Jasana, 12 km to the north and Durjana, 17 km to the south. Eighteen kilometers to the west is Birkali.

This desert region has comparatively low sand dunes.

The prime tourist attractions are Baropal Lake, Bhatner Fort and Kalibanga Archeological Museum.
