Nishagandhi Dance Festival, held at Kanakakunnu Palace ground in Thiruvananthapuram, is organized by the Tourism Development Corporation of Kerala. Nishagandhi is an open-air theatre in the palace ground, and during this festival various dances such as Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, Kathak, Odissi, modern ballet, and other folk arts are performed by leading artists. The festival is accompanied by music performances.
