Nidamarru is 4 km to the west of Mangalagiri in Guntur District. It is an archaeological site where four Buddhist images were discovered during the excavations. Of the findings, two Buddhist images are carved in black stone and are preserved in the Theosophical Society at Guntur and the other two are seen in the village.
Mangalagiri railway station is on the Hubli-Machilipatnam line.
