Nicco Parks and Resorts

Nicco Parks and Resorts was incorporated on March 17, 1989 as a joint sector company by Nicco Corporation and the Government of West Bengal. With the objective of providing fun and educational recreation, the park offers various attractions such as cable car, merry-go-round, striking cars, moon raker, toy train, pirate ship, and other entertainment activities. It has a modern amphitheatre and entertainment center with a seating capacity of 600, a unique multi cuisinene food park, a souvenir shop for visitors and a solar energy village. Major attraction of Nicco Park is the River Cave Ride which features a six minute boat ride through a tunnel of fantasy with a section on space, forest fires, dinosaurs, an erupting volcano, the world of ancient Egypt, a house of horror, caves of Thailand and scenes from an Indian Jungle.
