Nepali Ghat




Nepali Ghat is one of the prominent ghats in Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh. It has a shrine dedicated to Ganga (Ganges), and found here is an image of a female seated on crocodile.

There is a stair-case, which leads to the Nepalese Temple. This temple, graced with Nepalese architecture, is surrounded by tamarind and pipal trees.

This ghat was made pucca by Nanhi Babu in 1902. The area is dominated by Nepalese residents.
