Nemom, situated at the edge of the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation limits, is a thickly populated region, 7 km east of Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, in Kerala. Situated on the
National Highway 47, this small settlement lies between Pappanamcode and Pravachambalam. With the vast expanses of green vegetation, beautiful ponds and canals, the place is noted for its calm and serene atmosphere.
Major point of attraction here is the ancient Sree Mahadeva Temple and Ganapathi Temple. Merry Land Studio, the second film studio in Kerala, situated here is a major draw.
