Nelapattu

Nelapattu is a village in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. Chennai is 50 km south of Nelapattu.

The focal point of the village is Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary, which is one of the largest pelican inhabitants in south-east Asia. It is 20 km north of Pulicat Sanctuary.

Nellore Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
