Neer Dosa is a Mangalorean specialty made out of a watery rice batter. As the name suggests, it is a dosa that is made up mainly of water. In this recipe, dosa is made without fermenting the rice flour. This thin rice cake goes well with kalchi kadi in the morning or with chicken curry in the afternoon or as a snack rolled with a filling of jaggery and grated coconut in the evening.
