Neeleswaram Foot Bridge, which connects the panchayats of Neeleswaram and Cheruvathur, is the longest foot bridge in Kerala. This 400 m long structure was conceived and built by a committee formed by the people of the area, with the assistance from nearby panchayats. It was thrown open to public use in the year 2000.
