Narmada Mandir




Narmada Mandir, situated at Amarkantak in the Anuppur District of Madhya Pradesh, is a highly revered temple. It is one of the major temple sites in Amarkantak. The temple complex houses about 20 small shrines dedicated to numerous Hindu deities. Noted among these is the Sati temple, dedicated to Goddess Parvati. This huge temple complex is named after the Narmada River, which flows nearby. The Narmada Kund is located nearby.

Pendra Road Railway Station (17 km) and Anuppur Junction Railway Station are the closest railheads. Jabalpur Airport (246 km) is the nearest airport.
