Narmada Express runs between Indore Junction BG Railway Station in Madhya Pradesh and Bilaspur Junction Railway Station in Chhattisgarh. The train is named after the Narmada River. It operates daily and covers a distance of 1,009 km. Main towns on the way are Dewas, Ujjain, Bhopal, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni and Anuppur. First A/C, second A/C and sleeper class coaches are available.
