Nanda Prayag




Located at a distance of 21 km from Karnaprayag on the main route to Badrinath is the holy destination of Nanda Prayag. It is situated on the confluence of Alaknanda River and Mandakini River. The place is named after the pious and truthful king, Nanda, who had meditated at this place and donated his wealth to the poor and needy. Gopalji Temple is one of the main attractions of this place.
