Namdroling Monastery is situated at
Bylakuppe in
Mysore District. It is home to thousands of lamas, monks, and nuns and is considered as the largest Nyingmapa teaching center in the world.
Visits to Namdroling must be arranged with the office in advance. Guests are permitted only on a limited basis.
