Nalegaon lies 12 km south-west of Chakur, in Latur District. It is situated north-east of Sindala. Latur, the district headquarters, is around 15 km west.
The temples of Ramlingeswar, Bhuteswar and Keshavraj and the Darga of Surat Shahvalli are holy sites worth paying a visit.
Hyderabad Airport and Latur Railway Station serve Nalegaon.
