Nakshatramana is a private residence situated at Poothotta, on Ernakulam-Vaikom road. Set within one acre of land, it is an activity center performing various art forms of India. The house is a traditional Kerala style construction with open brick finish and tiled roofs.
The mana (house) has a private dance stage and a lagoon inlet flanked by coconut palms. Apart from facilitating unusual tour packages and events, it arranges private dance and music shows. The shows include Kathakali and Mohiniyattam, from the make-up to the performance, with explanation of each intricate step.
Nakshatramana is around 20 km from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station.
