Naknyulum festival falls in the first week of July and is celebrated for a period of six days. It is celebrated by strong, hardy and handsome Chang nagas of
Nagaland. Marriage ceremonies are not performed during this festival. During this festival, the houses of Changs are decorated with a special kind of tree called Ngunam.
