Nadru Pakora




Nadru Pakora is a popular side dish of Jammu and Kashmir. These pakoras are lotus stem fries made from lotus stem, oil, soda bicarbonate, gram flour, cumin seeds, curd, carom seeds, and chilli powder. It is taken hot with cocktails or as a snack, accompanied by coriander chutney.
