Muvattupuzha Bus Station is on Main Central Road (State Highway 1.) Muvattupuzha is connected to Main Eastern Highway (State Highway 8), Aluva-Munnar Highway ( State Highway 16) and Kothamangalam-Tripunithura Highway ( State Highway 20.) Express buses are available to Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam. There are regular buses to Ernakulam, Kothamangalam, Tripunithura, Koothattukulam, Perumbavoor, Keezhillam and Kalamassery. Local services are also available to various places in the district. Kerala State Road Transport Corporation operates super fast, fast passenger and ordinary buses from here.
