Muskira

Muskira is a small town in Hamirpur District, halfway between Rath and Bewar. It is 13 km north of Kharela and to the south of Hamirpur, the district headquarters.

Maudaha Dam, located to the west of Muskira, is a dam site worth visiting. Trip to City Forest, a nice picnic spot on the Hamirpur-Kalpi road, is a good option. Muskira is also connected by road to Jalalpur, a town on the banks of the Betwa, and Charkhari, a beautiful town known as the ‘Kashmir of Bundelkhand.’

Ichauli Railway Station is the nearest railway station. Nearest airport is Civil Airport Khajuraho.
