Museum of Indology




Museum of Indology is situated to the south of in Ram Niwas Garden, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was established and created by Acharya Ram Charan Sharma 'Vyakul' in 1960. This three storied museum, divided in to eighteen sections, has a excellent collection of folk and Tantra art.

The museum showcases old manuscripts and archives, thematic folk art of India, Indian textile designs, Tantrik paintings and yantras, glass and pottery items, minerals, gems and fossils.

The museum is open from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs.
