Murhu Hill stands high in
Jharkhand, near the
Palamu Tiger Reserve. It is situated about 25 km from
Daltonganj. Schistose rocks are found abundant in this area. Nearby rivers are
Koel and Burha.
Palamu Forts near Murhu Hill are site worth visiting. Other hills in the vicinity are
Netarhat, Huluk and Gulgul.
