Murg Mussallam, literally meaning whole chicken, is a delicacy of full chicken on a bed of ground lamb, raisins, nuts, rice and creamy sauce. The preparation of this dish requires a good command over the blending of spices and knowledge of heat control. This all time favorite recipe is quite common on ceremonial occasions.
