Muguthang Valley, at 15500 ft, is high altitude valley in
North Sikkim District. It lies east of Chopta Valley.
A vast flat pasture, the valley is crisscrossed by several snow-fed streams. Nomadic tribes from Tibet are spotted occasionally here with their yaks.
The valley is around 180 km from Gangtok.
