Moong Daal Dubka



Moong Daal Dubka is a typical Kumaoni dish which is made from Moong dal (small split yellow beans). Characterised by a typical ethnic flavor, it is almost like a hot soup and tastes great in winter. This dish can be made out of any kind of lentils.
